名不正言不順如何入聯？

李大維及其外交部在壓力之下勉強「寫信」要入聯，名稱用了中華民國也用台灣，中華民國如何入聯？顯然是在應付，就把將近20年前手抄聯合國官方出版之年鑑公開如下：

（1）1947.7.1 China: Includes Formosa, Manchuria, Jehol, Sinkiang and Tibet. 。中國包括台灣、滿洲、熱河、新疆。

（2）1948.9.21同上。

（3）1949.12.31 China: Including Formosa and the Pescadores, but excluding Outer Mongolia (Mongolian People’s Republic). As of 31 December 1949, Taipei, on the Island of Taiwan (Formosa), was the capital of the National Government of the Republic of China, and Peking, the capital of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China.中國包括台灣、澎湖，外蒙古除外。國民政府首都台北，中央人民政府首都北京。

（4）1971.12.31 China is an original Member of the United Nations, the Charter having been signed and ratified on its behalf, on 26 June and 28 September 1945, respectively by the Government of the Republic of China, which continued to represent China in the United Nations until 25 October 1971. 中國是聯合國創始會員，憲章為中華民國政府所簽並批准，代表中國至1971.10.25。

由（4）可知，以中華民國入聯絕不可能，只能用台灣。但由（1）至（3）知，聯合國早在1971年的2758號決議之前就將台灣列為中國的一部分，據2013年習近平稱有國際法依據，經查係假。

可是領台灣人薪水的李大維的「臺灣的國際法地位」說帖卻承認這個假的國際法，而潘文忠的國高中課本也都這樣寫（見 http://www.taiwannation.com.tw/topic004.htm），下修文言文案也被他技術擊倒，民進黨政權說是本土、要入聯？騙騙納税人而已！
