[2018.06.12] 臺灣人民赴AIT美國在臺協會內湖新館 - 送賀卡 慶祝開幕 啟用
[June 12, 2018] In
Celebration of the Formal Opening, the Taiwanese People go to the new Neihu
Office Building of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) -- to present
Greeting Cards and Well Wishes
基於臺灣人民對美國人民的堅強友誼 及 我們尊重其新館「揭幕啟用」的背景：
Based on the strong friendship between the
people of Taiwan and the people of the United States and our support for the
Opening Ceremony of this new building, we hereby review the legal
background for this momentous occasion, as follows:
1) 舊金山和平條約SFPT
(1952.04.28)
San Francisco Peace Treaty
(a) 第23條：美國 是 臺灣的主要佔領 (權) 國，
Article 23: The United States of America is
the principal occupying power,
(b) 第4條：美國軍事政府USMG對臺灣有管轄權 (含 分配權及處分權) ，
Article 4: In respect to Taiwan, the United
States Military Government (USMG) has full jurisdiction and disposition
rights,
(c) 第2條 ：日夲放棄 福爾摩沙 (臺灣) 、澎湖。
Japan renounces all right, title and claim
to Formosa and the Pescadores.
2) 臺灣關係法TRA
(1979.01.01)
Taiwan Relations Act
第15條：1979 年1月1 日以前美國承認為中華民國的臺灣治理當局、 以及任何接替的島上治理當局。
Sec. 15: The term “Taiwan” includes the
islands of Taiwan and the Pescadores . .
. , and the governing authorities on Taiwan recognized by the United States as
the "Republic of China" prior to January 1, 1979, and any successor
governing authorities
第2條：美國總統已終止美國和臺灣統治當局（在1979年1月1日前美國承認其為中華民國）間的政府關係
Sec. 2: The President [has] terminated
governmental relations between the United States and the governing authorities
on Taiwan recognized by the United States as the Republic of China prior to
January 1, 1979,
(3) 美國參眾議院追認通過的1982.07.14
雷根總統對臺灣「六項保證」
The "Six
Assurances", originally promulgated in 1982, were re-confirmed by the U.S.
Congress on July 6, 2016.
(4) 臺灣旅行法TTA
(2018.03.16) ；
The Taiwan Travel Act
was passed into law on March 16, 2018.
對此、臺灣人民將嚴肅看待，坦然面對尋求如何落實出埃及(突破)，並依據天賦人權及國際法理地位為依據、要建立能被國際尊重、臺澎住民自己的國家。
Accordingly, the people of Taiwan will take
a serious look at the newly developing situation, and openly face the search
for how to implement an Exodus from their previous ROC purgatory. At the
same time, based on natural human rights and international jurisprudence, the
people of Taiwan will strive to establish a country that can be internationally
respected by the Taiwanese and all other people in the world.
2018.06.12 欣逢AIT內湖新館揭幕啟用盛事，我們臺、澎住民表示熱烈歡迎 ....，乃於今天組團，帶著「賀卡」前來祝賀。
At the Opening Ceremony for the new AIT
Neihu Office Building on June 12th, all the people of Taiwan want to express
their warm welcome and congratulations ... and are sending representative
groups to present greeting cards to the AIT officials.
